Tucked just inside Three Dots and a Dash is the all-new Bamboo Room where we offer a guided experience through the world of rum. Explore our more focused menu of house daiquiris, renditions of iconic tropical classics and progressive cocktails utilizing modern technique all made with carefully selected, unique rums. Check out our Special Events where we share the latest on pop-ups with nationally recognized guest bartenders, interactive rum tastings and limited-edition mug release parties. Our team of knowledgeable bartenders also offer personalized experiences, including group cocktail classes, for private parties.
