Our cocktails always start with the most seasonal, fresh fruits we can find. Our juice is cold pressed daily and we concoct our own orgeat, falernum, allspice and cinnamon syrups by hand to ensure quality & freshness. Our spices, herbs, flowers and sugar are sourced from all over the world, like mint from Colombia, orchids from Hawaii and cane sugar from Martinique. We blend the finest rums and distilled spirits to the exacting requirements of cocktail recipes developed over the years, creating exotic combinations for you to try. Our commitment is to constantly improve and we will always try to find the best ways of bringing the island to you.
These cocktails pay homage to the recipesof legendary tiki bartenders of the past. Liberties have been taken in adaptationto please the modern palate.
